Cynthia Fries joined the leadership team at Ben Bronz Academy in the fall of 2022 after spending 18 years as a special education teacher, followed by nine years as a public middle school administrator. Cyndi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in elementary education and special education From Keene State College, as well as a Master’s degree in elementary education and a 6th-year degree in education leadership from Southern Connecticut State University.

Cyndi has devoted her career to helping students find the support and guidance they need to face challenges both academically and socially. She connects families to build a proper system of support inside and outside of school.

When not at Ben Bronz, Cyndi loves all things Disney and takes historical trips with her family.
