I spent 20 years of active duty service in the US Navy, before returning to Connecticut.

I originally started working in manufacturing, but decided to go back to school full time and earned a BA from Trinity College in History. After graduating from UCONN with an MA in Education, I went on to work on an MS in Special Education.

I’ve been working in education for 9 years, with 7 years of teaching experience.
